Reachable in a few minutes on foot from the train station and just 500 meters from the city's most famous and fascinating monuments, such as the Basilica of San Vitale, the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, and Dante's Tomb. Located just outside the ZTL area, 150 meters from Piazza del Popolo, furnished, located in a condominium, served by an elevator.

Located just a short walk from Ravenna's historic center and train station, Residence Darsena Apartments provides the perfect base for exploring the city in complete comfort. Our property features 14 apartments, including studios and one-bedroom apartments, all tastefully furnished and equipped with every amenity: double bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and bed and bath linens.

To enhance your stay, we offer a free shared laundry room with washer and dryer, and ample free public parking in front of the residence. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find bars, restaurants, clubs, bus stops, a pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist, 24-hour luggage storage, banks, and the picturesque promenade along the Ravenna Darsena canal. Thanks to the railway underpass, you can reach the platforms in minutes, avoiding long detours. The Residence's strategic location allows easy access to Ravenna's beautiful beaches and the Mirabilandia amusement park, as well as excellent connections to the A14 and E45 highways.

Management rules of the RESIDENCE DARSENA RAVENNA PARTNERS

1. During the stay, subject to an agreed appointment, the management may ask the guest to enter and inspect the state of the flat on a predetermined day and time.

2. Inside the accommodations, as well as in the common areas, it is strictly forbidden to smoke, install nails in the walls, paint, modify in any way the structure of the rented apartment.

3. Any shortage of the initial equipment provided or damage to the accommodation will oblige the guest to fully compensate for the damage caused, also in terms of loss of earnings, or for the period in which the apartment is found to be unavailable due to the execution of the works to restore it to its original condition

4. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SUBLET OR GIVE THIRD PARTIES THE ENJOYMENT OF THE ACCOMMODATION EVEN ON FREE LOAN, TO ORGANIZE PARTIES AND/OR EVENTS, TO DISTURB OTHER GUESTS in any way or manner, TO HOST PEOPLE, EVEN FOR SHORT STAYS OF LESS THAN 1 HOUR, WITHOUT PRIOR COMMUNICATION - ISSUE OF AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT and presumed duration of the visit by email to residence.ravenna@gmail.com

5. All the apartments are intended for civilian habitation, none excluded or excepted and it is strictly forbidden to use the accommodation for the exercise of any type of activity of a NON-strictly residential nature, sale or supply of food, office or that in any way involves the reception of customers and/or the access of unknown persons to the residence, access strictly prohibited with the exception of those of whom, temporary guests of the people staying, the personal details, the copy of the identity document in addition to the presumed duration of the visit have been previously communicated to the management.

6. It is understood that failure to comply with the preceding obligations referred to in points 4 and 5, will entitle the management, at its sole discretion, to terminate the existing contract by right for non-fulfilment of no small importance, ordering the guest and the people accompanying him to immediately vacate the apartment from people and/or things and remaining free to retain, as compensation, the residual price of the unused stay.
